Complete house with backyard near Pecado beach

Cozy house, recently renovated, with space to work, complete and comfortable. With a large yard and independent land, your pets are also welcome!

The house is located near the entrance to Pecado, where there are restaurants, markets and transport, in addition to being close to shopping, businesses, universities and the best beaches.

The street is private and reserved, with few people passing by throughout the day.

We provide bed and bath linen and basic kitchen and hygiene items

The space is very comfortable whether you want to work, have a barbecue or just relax. We provide some items to enjoy the city such as bicycles, surfboards and bodyboards, paddleball and other beach items and even a skateboard.

The house has two bedrooms, a large porch with space for a barbecue and laundry and a hammock. Integrated room with full kitchen and internal table. It also has a grassy and wooded yard.

Located in a strategic point of the city, the place is very quiet at night and well reserved during the day.

Guests have access to all independent space.

Guests will check in and check out remotely, but we will be on hand for any needs.

Very close to the house there are several restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries. About 5 minutes away on foot is the Praia do Sin Beach and the Imboassica Lagoon, where there are more sophisticated restaurants. About 10 minutes walk is also the beach of the knights, the most popular in the city.

Close to the house are bus stops to all places in the city.

You can easily get there with your own transport, app or public transport.
